You can return or exchange your received product within 14 days after it arrived to you, according to the following steps;
You will be notified by mail when your package reaches us. You can also follow your process status under the "my account" menu.
After we received your product, we will prove if it fits the conditions for returned products and start the returning process. If necessary, we will send the product back to the control department for an approval. This process will be completed in 3 to 7 working days.
If the product fits the conditions stated in the return policy, we will return the product price to the payment method which is you used to purchase it. If you paid via bank transfer, we will request the necessary information from you and send the money to your bank account. For credit card payments, the product price will be return to your card.
It may take up to 15 days for your bank to reflect this fee to your account. Radia Shaker doesn't have any right no intervene into this process.
If you wish, you can define the price of the returned product as gift voucher on radiashaker.com and you will use this gift voucher in your next order.
The shipping fee of the products which is sent to us for exchange or refund belongs to the customers.
If you want to cancel any order that you placed through our website. You can cancel your order until 16:00 in the same working day. You can forward your order cancellation request by calling 0212 452 52 43 or by send e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you order is in "Shipment" process, you can’t cancel your order but you will return it.
